Address Accuracy & Tracking

Delivery Guidelines & Courier Responsibilities
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, we offer nationwide Cash on Delivery service. Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid courier delays.
- Package Inspection: You are requested not to accept any delivery package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with. Please inspect the courier wrapping before taking custody.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times at the address provided. If both attempts fail due to unavailability or incorrect details, the package will return to our warehouse.
